Apples and desert pears from a Scottish castle garden live happily together in this co-fermented drink. The nose is a perry – the body is a cider! Made using the artisan process of keeving and the champagne method, which give this bottle its unforgettable taste.

Seidear Stairs received a silver medal at the British Cider Championship in 2021, and a silver medal at the Asturias Cider Competition 2021.
