There was cider before seidear.
Here are some of our favourite wise guys (in no particular order because: don’t mess with godfathers…).
- Claude Jolicoeur wrote our favourite THE NEW CIDER MAKER’S HANDBOOK, which explains the fruit, the process and the tools of the cider maker in great detail.
- Andrew Lea is one of the veterans of modern cider making in the United Kingdom. His website and his book “Craft Cider Making” are a great professional resource.
- Godfather Google is hosting the worldwide cider–workshop. Claude and Andrew are frequent posters.
- And there is the man with the amazing swinging moustache, the Ciderologist Gabe Cook. He has one of the best jobs I can imagine: travel, meet great people, and drink cider.
