Apples from the small orchard of Craigievar Castle live inside this bottle. The orchard is located next to the houses on the right side of castle when you come up the drive. Enjoy one of the 65 bottles made!
Our Scottish apples enjoy more daylight than their sisters in the south because our days are longer. The time honoured artisan method of keeving was rounded by fermentation in the bottle – Méthode Champenoise. Serve chilled as an aperitif or for your special occasion.
